There are a few different ways that you can work with me therapeutically.

Firstly, there’s psychotherapy - a weekly 50 minute appointment either in person in Cambridge or online via zoom. Put simply, I believe that the purpose of psychotherapy is to develop a greater understanding of self that translates into change. What this means is different for everyone, but therapy with me is a warm but challenging relationship where you are supported to encounter yourself differently. You can read more about my therapy work here.

I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, am registered with the UKCP and have worked for over 15 years in full time practice. For many years I specialised in the treatment of Eating Disorders but these days I seek to work with anyone with a passionate interest in understanding themselves, with a soft spot for fellow makers of picture books.

Cost £100/ 50 minute session.

I also work as a mentor for creatives. This is different from therapy in that we focus on your creative life - what might be keeping you stuck for example, or your feelings about your work / the publishing industry. This can be on an ad hoc or on-going basis. I also run occasional groups for artists, where we seek to understand our patterns and behaviour around our creative lives. Details of upcoming groups will be posted when they are available.

Cost: £80 / 50 minute session.
